1. There are three connection modes of beam column joints in portal steel structure plant: vertical plane, horizontal plane and inclined plane splicing. Its applicability can be determined by referring to the table below. 3. The minimum length of the anchor bolt embedded in the concrete foundation shall be calculated according to the rules of the building foundation planning standard gb50007. Do not confuse the buried length with the anchor length in the concrete standard. They are two concepts. When the anchor bolt is equipped with an end anchor plate, the outer contour of the anchor plate may exceed the range of the steel column bottom plate.
4. In order to facilitate the positioning and accurate calibration of the steel column, the anchor bolts at the four corners of the base plate can be provided with adjusting nuts, and the screw length can be extended accordingly. The grouting layer shall be made of special grouting materials and shall not be replaced by fine aggregate concrete or high-grade mortar.
5. Angle steel, channel steel, I-beam and other steel shapes can be selected as shear keys, and the setting direction shall make the strong axis perpendicular to the shear direction. The length of the shear key is 100 ~ 150mm to ensure that it extends into the shear groove on the top of the concrete column. The grouting layer shall not be used for shear resistance.
