With the continuous development of China's industrial production, the demand for industrial plant construction is also increasing. Steel structure workshop, as a low-cost, solid overall, fast construction speed and recyclable steel structure building, has rapidly replaced the traditional reinforced concrete workshop.

Generally speaking, the connection methods of steel structure manufacturers are usually bolt connection and welding. When welding steel structure plant components, the node form with relatively small rigidity is usually used to avoid the dense two-way and three-way intersection of welds.

The welding process of the constituent nodes of the steel structure plant has the following requirements:

1. When welding steel structure plant components, the number and size of welds shall be minimized.

2. The arrangement of welds between steel structure plant members shall be called the neutral axis of the steel member section.

3. When welding the components of the steel structure plant, the appropriate welding position shall be selected to avoid overhead welding.

4. The welding shall adopt the node form with small rigidity, and the welding problems such as dense welds, two-way and three-way intersection must be avoided.

5. The weld of steel structure plant must avoid high stress area.

6. When welding the components of the steel structure plant, the groove shape and size of the steel components must be installed to select the welding method.
