On October 15th, Chen Heping, Member of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Youth Federation and Secretary General of Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association, led a team to visit the Beauty Chuangzhi Valley. The two sides exchanged views on industrial planning, project construction and investment attraction of the park.

Accompanied by Huang Xiaokun, chairman of Meichuang Group, the investigation team visited the project service center and learned about the overall planning, industrial layout, theme and characteristics of the park by listening to the introduction of the project operation team.

Meichuangzhi Valley is located in Danshui Yangna, Huiyang District. The project plans to build four scene groups: headquarters intelligent manufacturing base, ecological intelligent manufacturing center, customized factory, and Bay Area talent apartment. It is an "ecological manufacturing research and development office and living community" integrating office, research and development, production, exhibition and marketing, communication and training. The park builds an intelligent manufacturing industry ecosystem with "nine industrial features" and "three core services", covering industrial service platforms such as full-scene intelligent park management system, Internet of things shared innovation factory, and one-stop enterprise comprehensive service.

At present, the first phase of the 7 high-standard intelligent workshops of the ecological intelligent manufacturing Center have been accepted at the end of December last year. In April this year, high enterprises in biomedicine, new energy and new materials and other industries have been settled and put into production.

Subsequently, the investigation group visited the project model demonstration area, and the product height, bearing, load and other high specification design standards approved. After the visit, the two sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on industrial chain cultivation, industrial operation and enterprise services.

At the forum, Huang Xiaokun, chairman of Meichuang Group, introduced the whole-life first phase service provided by the project for enterprises in detail. Successfully, he says, the valley on the basis of the park service and space resources, relying on its own service platform and the government administrative service resources, focus on "service industry", "industrial operation" and "industry hatching" three sections, built the one-stop service platform and eight industry service platform system, provide enterprises with high position, all-round, the whole cycle of platform services, enable enterprises to grow rapidly.

Through this inspection, the investigation team gave a high evaluation to the park planning and industrial service system, and also had an in-depth understanding of the operation mode of Meicuangzhi Valley. They said that the association would make full use of its own resources, build Bridges, promote the exchange and cooperation between Meicuangzhi Valley and enterprises, and achieve win-win development.

As a key industrial project in Guangdong Province and a high-quality industrial development platform in Huiyang, Meicuangzhi Valley will give full play to the advantages of the park, build a better investment and development platform for enterprises, and help them develop rapidly.
