How to improve the accuracy of warehouse inventory?
1. Strengthen daily training and education. Every employee in the warehouse knows the nature of the warehouse work and realizes the importance of each position subjectively. Improve the sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm of the material keepers, implement the warehouse area contracting system, and improve the differential liability disputes. Strengthen work supervision and conduct performance appraisal on accuracy.
2. The drawing number, quantity and batch must be accurate when receiving materials. If there is any unclear phenomenon, the material clerk must be clear before warehousing.
3. Implement it in daily work. Check the inventory through the process of material issuance and stock transfer. Once the quantity and location difference are found, find out the reason immediately and adjust it after confirmation.
4. The material issuance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the quantity and batch of the material issuance list to ensure the accuracy of the material issuance quantity and first in first out. Every error in the material issuance shall be recorded in the employee's performance.
5. Strictly control the borrowing, replacement and return of materials; Overdue materials shall be submitted for inspection. The collection quantity shall be consistent.
6. Calculate the difference rate every month, and analyze the reasons for the difference according to the main categories. The warehouse announced the monthly ranking of the difference rate of the working positions of the material personnel as an important indicator of the performance evaluation of the month.
